Our Story

Our  story begins not in the rolling hills of a vineyard, but amidst the bustling streets of Dubai, London, and Montreal. 

As a passionate wine lover, Hady Hydamus embarked on a journey of exploration, traversing continents and delving into the diverse world of viticulture. From the sun-drenched vineyards of Tuscany to the frost-kissed slopes of Mosel, each experience fueled his fascination with the intricate dance between terroir, grape varietal, and the art of winemaking.

Yet, amidst the tapestry of international flavors, a yearning for our homeland, Lebanon, grew stronger. His heart ached for the sun-kissed slopes of the Bekaa Valley, the fertile plains of the Barouk, and the whispers of ancient winemaking traditions carried on the wind. So, with a suitcase full of memories and a heart brimming with ambition, he returned.

Armed with the knowledge gleaned from his strudies and travels and fueled by an unwavering passion, he embarked on a new adventure: crafting exquisite wines that sing the unique song of Lebanon's terroir.

Minimal intervention became the guiding principle: believing in allowing the grapes to express their individuality, shaped by the magic of our land: the warmth of the Mediterranean sun, the cool mountain breezes, and the rich tapestry of soils whispering stories of time.

Each bottle produced is a testament to this philosophy. It's a culmination of meticulous attention to detail in the vineyard, gentle harvesting by hand, and a deep respect for the natural processes that unfold in the winery.
